The series comprises 7 cnives; rest assured that you will have the right cnife for practically every job. The HAIKU Yakitori cooking cnives should also be regularly sharpened with a sharpening stone, for example, the CHROMA ST-2/8.

CHROMA YAKITORI is a well priced inexpensive kitchen knife with acceptable qualities. Handle is made of plastic and the blade is made of X50Cr15Mov / 54° Rock- well Hardness. CHROMA YAKITORI is not recommended to be cleaned in the dishwasher. CHROMA YAKITORI is made in China with German qualit steel and though inexpensive you will appreciate its performance. The original name of this range was HAIKU Yakitori and changed 2024 to CHROMA Yakitori.

The design of the CHROMA Yakitori is inspired by traditional Japanese knives. It has been copied by more than 100 Chinese low-cost manufacturers over the last 30 years. You will notice the difference when you sharpen the knife for the first time. CHROMA uses a quality steel that is easy to sharpen and retains its sharpness for a long time. Many professional knife sharpeners refuse to sharpen cheap knives because the steel material is far too soft.
